Shepard wanders back to Omega's Afterlife bar, where a Batarian pours her a drink. But... not a moment later, she is collapsed on the floor with a very worried and rather guilt-ridden Garrus, and Mordin.

There is also another human with them when she wakes up somewhere that was not a bar.

Shep is quite taken out by it, but is essentially fine and will live... apparently then making her the first to survive it. She finds out that the bar tenders - especially that Batarian - do not like humans, and no one has done anything about it.

So, quite naturally, Shepard will.
