Commander Shepard pushes ahead and enters Saren's research facility. She chooses to ensure the Salarian infiltration teams safety by triggering alarms on their side and facing down the enemies there... which she does quite well.
The team continue to fight their way inside... discovering the unfortunate fate of the reconnaissance team Kirrahe sent in to find out what was going on.
