Shepard finds the security system and security panel to deactivate the locked doors Saren went through. However, when she diables it, a transmission appears. It's a Prothean warning, scrambled, broken, and fragmented... and also actually *in* Prothean.
Nevertheless, Shep can understand it - and it's clearly a warning message about the Ilos Archives, the Reapers, and the Conduit.
