Shepard and the team continue to fight through the geth and the Citadel to get to Saren and stop him.
Above them as they push through the Exterior Defense Grid, there looms the enormous metal body of a Reaper, of Sovereign itself, its arms slamming down constantly on the tower to unbalance. Shepard pushes on, fighting the Geth as they appear and taking down a Geth ship with the Citadel Defence Turrets.
