Whilst wandering the Presidium's Financial District, Shep is called on by Helena Blake, someone who is interested in taking out unwanted and unscrupulous "partners".

She then pops in to see Barla Von, and bumps into a couple who are arguing... it turns out that a widow and her brother-in-law are trying to work out what to do about a serious genetic condition her unborn baby may possibly have. Shepard's offered words of wisdom seems to help ease the situation for them.
