Shepard speaks with Jacob about the mission and Cerberus. Both are former Alliance, and after proving himself on Freedom's Progress, Shep is very happy to have him as a part of the team. They both have the same motivation and similiar military backgrounds - she is more than happy she effectively has a like-minded ally in him.
