After tripping over a familiar blast from her past, Shepard goes to see Patriarch, after having been told by one of Aria's guard, Grizz, that he is going to be assassinated. He is an interesting Krogan, an unfortunate soul, and one who Shep takes quite a liking to.

She offers to take out the gang members looking for him in his name, as his krant, to help restore some of his name and dignity on Omega. It is an idea he takes to, as touched as a Krogan can be that Shep is willing to do that for him.

Shep quite cheerfully takes out the Krogan, along with Miranda and Mordin, then reports back to Patriarch that they have been dealt with. Then she goes to enjoy some of what Afterlife has to offer - including a table-dance, dancing, and lots of drinks.
