Shepard opens another door segmenting the Horizon colony. Behind it lies her nightmare - the Collercors' ship... and more Collectors. But also behind them are the AA Tower Defence weapons that require to be re-calibrated and are at the far end of this new theatre of war.

Husks and Scions fight for her demise, but she pushes back against them until she's clear to make it to the Defense Tower systems and hack her way in locally, so EDI can access and re-calibrate it from the Normandy.
