After a tense battle, Shepard and her team have struggled to overcome them, before returning to EDI and reestablishing her connection to the Collector Ship console.
She regains control and retrieves the data she wants... which also includes the original "Turian" distress call, which came from Cerberus programs, not a Turian ship.
The Collectors start powering the ship back up and coming out of wherever they were hiding. Shepard is faced with them attacking her team from flying platforms... This was going to be a tough one.
