Mass Effect 2
Shepard fights through towards the Lab, taking on a small army of lab-created "baby" Krogen. There are also the Blue Suns to contend with, but her team deals well enough with them.
She doesn't know quite how far they have to go into this junkyard to find where they have set up the labs, but they're fighting long and hard to get through to there.
