Checking through the apartments for more survivors, and having fought through all the Blue Suns she could come across, Shepard comes across looters at the apartments of a dead Turian. Shepard isn't too impressed by what she sees and scares them out of continuing on their little spree.

She also gains a little more information from them, and better directions to the clinic.

Finally, she finds it.
