Aboard the Normandy, Commander Shepard heads for the new Turian Primarch, who in turns actually apologises for Garrus abandoning them... Something about "Calibrations"...
Somehow Shepard was not surprised.
Primarch Victus is clearly worried and distraught about leaving his men and the war theatre to play at politics and bureaucracy. However, he seems to take comfort in the fact that standing alongside him, as the most prominent figurehead of this war, was a fellow soldier. A sister-in-arms who understood what wars were really like.
