Dragon Age: Inquisition

The Herald has taken up Grand Enchanter Fiona's invitation received at Val Royeaux and gone to meet her at the Gull and Lantern in, at Redcliff in the Hinterlands. She takes Blackwall, Solas, and Sera with her.

The strange thing is she has no idea about any meeting, and somehow she's gone and indentured the Rebel Mages to the Tevinter Imperium under the discression of one Magister Gereon Alexius.

To make matters go more smoothly, the Herald grits her teeth, swallows her disquiet and distate for this awful situation, and speaks with the Magister with grace and determined charm, hoping to garner more information with honey rather than the abhorrance she really felt. 

The Magister was attempting to be dominating and underhandedly demeaning... she was hoping to leave him disarmed by her own cordial behaviour. There was no way she was going to be leaving her fellow mages in bed with the Tevinter Imperium, especially under the "protection" of this clearly deranged whackjob... and therefore the best way to gain the upper hand was to seem more on his side than theirs, and entirely understanding of the situation... so when the time came to face him down with the Inquisiton's forces, he would never see it coming.
