Dragon Age: Inquisition
The Iron Bull gives the new Inquisitor a new, more personal, perspective on the Inquisition - her Inquisition. He introduces her under the guise of "Grim" to two of the soldiers in their forces, and she gets to see just who she has fighting for her... and she's surprised to learn that not only do they want to be there, it's a personal crusade for each individual out in the field too.
She might not be able to personally know and meet them all, but this new light she sees them in makes her want to fight all the harder for them from the top. She is also very grateful to Bull for showing her - it was an insightful and conscientious suggestion made by someone who clearly has a great understanding of such things.
Just one more thing to like about the big grunt... It turns out that his heart might have a chance of being as big as his horns underneath all that Qunari...
