Shepard walks into the Citadel Med Clinic and finds Dr Chloe Michel being held hostage and Garrus sneaking in to make a perfect shot at the person holding her.
They save Dr Michel from her captors and find out just why she's there - that someone named Fist is after her and a Quarian that she helped.
Garrus is apparently more than well aware for some time that Saren is dirty and wants to help brining it down.
