Shepard goes to see Sha'ira, the Consort, a the Presidium's Consort Chambers. She is greeted by Nelyna, a Consort Acolyte who lets Shep know there's going to be quite the long wait to see her...
Luckily, Sha'ira has already heard of Commander Shepard, and comes out from her chambers to ensure Shepard is sent straight through. It turns out she wants Shep's help to reconcile with a previous client, a retired general named Septimus.
Ever the helpful soul, Shep agrees to try and help her and goes off in search of him.
