Shepard runs into Emily Wong again, this time in the Citadel Tower. This time she wants Shep's assistance to infiltrate the C-Sec to get intel regarding Space Traffic Controllers being dangerously overworked due to under-staffing and lack of updated resources. Emily Wong is concerned it's just a matter of time until they cause an terrible accident or major incident, saving lives in the long run by exposing them.

Shep then takes her chance to see Morlan regarding Dr Michel's problem. She finds out someone called Banes is involved, but that is all.

On her way out of the Wards, she also encounters the now-infamous Conrad Verner... who wants a picture of her (to most probably leer at...), and then - unable to put it off any more - she goes to see Nassana Dantius.
