Shepard and her team continue to fight for Grunt's Rite of Passage... This time at least it's almost a challenge as the next wave involves Klixen being dropped onto them by one of the biggest of those dragonfly-dinosaur thing she's ever seen... Yeh, she never stops loving those Harvesters....

Jack and Grunt seem to enjoy giving them a good whooping, although they're not too much of a challenge. Better than Varren, at any rate. The challenge was a little raised by the dust storms and high winds, but not enough to make that much of a difference... she needed something more than that.

Collecting more materials scattered about the place, she hits the Keystone for one more enemy to thrash... only this time it was a little bit more than what they had faced before. A ridiculously large and extremely annoyed Thresher Maw. Now this was a challenge she could enjoy.

With her handy kick-ass heat-seeking missile launcher, Shep attacks the Maw and starts hacking away at it. Her incendiary flame-thrower on her Omni-Tool was pretty good at taking away it's armour too, and she enjoyed herself incinerating and shooting it in the face as it tried to spit poisoned acid at her. It seemed a fair-enough trade....

The Thresher Maw finally goes down, allowing them to leave the Ground of Rite in victory. But it seems there is one more test... whether or not it was an extra unwarranted one... well, she presumed that the idiot Krogan Uvenk wasn't part of the RIte deal, but the Shaman did say to be ready for anything...

Uvenk effectively wants Grunt as a trophy for himself, for this own Clan of Gatatog... Funnily enough neither Grunt nor Shep was particularly agreeable to that idea. They're then faced with him attacking - apparently he's an all-or-nothing kinda guy and doesn't take rejection well. So now they're just going to have to kill him too.
