Shepard takes Grunt to see the Krogan Shaman to find out what is involved in the Rite of Passage.

The annoying Krogan arguing with Wrex before -  Gatatog Uvenk - is now arguing with the Shaman. Shep isn't willing to accept someone badmouthing "her" baby Krogan and shuts him down... as does the Shaman. He is impressed with her ability to kick as - and headbutt - like the best Krogan.

Shep stands up for and with Grunt. She is more than happy to be classed as Grunt's "Krantt" - and she is accepted. She learned a lot from Wrex and she be as Krogan as any Krogan can be... including enjoying that Ryncol... Good stuff, that....

She joins the Shaman and Grunt in a giant Tuchanka Mako-esque vehicle... which Wrex informed her that under absolutely no circumstances whatsoever that she was to drive. Ever. She also takes Jack with her, because they might be no human more Krogan-esque than the Psychotic Biotic that lives in her basement.

They get out somewhere that really does look like a war or eight has hit it. At least they don't have to worry about breaking anything. The rubble, strong winds and blustering sand and dirt thick in the air was bad enough... then she hit the Keystone and they were attacked by... Varren. She begins wondering what kind of test this was supposed to be...
